Buenvenidos a La Paz
We're in love with La Paz. It's been almost a week here and we're totally, totally enchanted. This city is muy traquillo, muy bonito and the food is simply astounding. We've had marlin tacos, huge-ass scallops, shrimp cerviche, potatoes stuffed with entire steaks and a fartload of beans. How can you not love a city that sells grilled steaks and chicharrone by the kilo!!
Unfortunately, we haven't been able to do much of the food porn thing, seeing as how we ... er ... wolf it down before we remember the camera. But we're gonna try harder next week.
Scallop tacos on the malecon. At $3 a piece, they are totally, totally worth the flight here. What are you guys waiting for?
